I know, Robin! You see, it takes a long time to work through my 'wants' list!!!

    Caledonia!

Hamish, you'll like that Caledonia tartan! So many colors, no end to accessorizing!

her's a pic of me wearing mine at a sci-fi convention, (I'm the only one with proper socks)

I noticed the Caledonia "semi-trad" tartan (sorry for going off topic a bit) from USAK is somewhat muted or ancient...compared to the Lochcarron Caledonia (modern) tartan....very nice!

A few questions about these "semi traditional" kilts...

How is the swing? Will the pleats stay in shape? Are these kilts pleated like traditional kilts...nice deep pleats? Is the fabric suitable for cold and windy weather?

I really NEED (ahum.. ) more kilts and I'm a sucker for tartan kilts, but I hate rubbish (****-non-quality-non-kilts)...quality is important to me.

I now have 6 "tanks", but I just can't afford to buy them in the pace I did before...the treasure chest is pretty much empty right now, so a couple of affordable tartan kilts would be nice

I think I already know the answer (Rocky would never sell trash)...just to make sure

Would a rave review by Hamish convince you?
