and here we go!!!

pic #1 - front of kilt

the kilt is constructed traditionally. Over apron covers completely, with selvedge running entire endge of apron. There are two three inch belt loops on the front. The final pleate before the under apron is reverse, which is a great touch.

pic #2 - rear of kilt( pleats)

Traditional-style knife pleats, with sew edges entire length. The fell is six inches, as requests. Sewing looks strong and straight. Two belt loops, matching the ones on the front, are found on the rear of the kilt. Very good job in construction.

pic #3 inside kilt/under apron

as can be seen at the top of the inside of the kilt, this is help together with a single strip of velcro that runs the entire length of the apron. This will make it VERY easy to size should one grow small or or...hmm...larger. The inside of the kilt has a 3inch strip of cloth sewn to the top, to reinforce fell stitching.
