here is a close up of the pleats and fell stitching.

the kilt fits perfectly as requested. Waist is perfect and length is belly-button to middle of the knee. It feels like one of my tanks, only made of duck cloth. The apron falls true, and lines up correctly. The lines you see on the apron in the pic below are creases from shipping, easily pressed out. They are not sitched.

the pleats all run straight and even. No complaints about the appearance thusfar.
