You look great. My only comments are nitpicking. As has been mentioned, as far as the belt and waistcoat, it should be one or the other. Also, the top of the kilt looks a little low, as you shouldn't have that bit of shirt peaking out. Raising the kilt though, would probably make it too short. My suggestion would be to not wear the waistcoat in this case.
Like I said though, that's just nitpicking. You do look good and put the outfit together nicely. Hopefully the bride wasn't too upset that you looked better than her.

Thanks for all the great comments, everyone. As to the belt, yeah, I know that technically it's a no-no, but it just seems wrong to me to not wear a belt, even with the waistcoat. I just likes me some belt.
Oh, and don't worry too much about the bride, she looked quite splendid. She also knew full well I was planning on showing up kilted, and was totally fine with that. There was a time when it looked like I might have to step in for one of the groomsmen who was still in Iraq, and if that would have happened, she would have wanted me tuxed, to match everyone else. Fortunately, he made it back in time, and I was allowed to be free and comfy.
