Good Luck on your order given the problems Graham has had with UK.

I like the coords as well. To me, I think the website pictures show the fabric a lil brighter than in person. The red looks more rust to me in person than on the website and the blue looks more postal blue than a neon/electric blue.

Congrads on your promotion and your future UK

Hey just my .02 but IMHO you should get the workman's. I LOVE mine. I have the black one and it can look a little on the fromal side with a button down white dress shirt, or it can be bad @@S with a slipknot tee and combat boots. It is the one I've worn most, to occasions where I may expect a bad reaction to kilts. I have changed oil in it, stripped floors in it, gone survival camping in it, spilled beers on it, and the kilt washes great! I know for SURE that olive, sage, and tan do NOT hide hideous stains like black or camo can. With black, even with the worst scenario (bleach), you just use black Rit dye, and it looks like new.
As to why I advise the workman's? It is made of a heavier material, much more durable. No little burn holes from working on the grinder, as with the original. It has a LOT less swing than a traditional kilt, but it gets better the more you beat it up and wash it. And most of all... the strorage, this thing is incredible! I don't think I will order another Utilikilt unless it is a workman's. If I want a utility STYLE kilt, I'd shell out the extra $ for a tailored one from Freedom or Bear etc. I know you have gotten kilts from Rocky. Those are made for YOU. Utilikilts are NOT to your exact size. Just my thoughts...

Thanks for all the input gents.

But, I have weighed in poor Graham's problems with them. That is enough to deter me for the moment. I may buy one if I stumble across in on Ebay or at a booth or something. But, I'm not going to order one right now.

The thing is, I finally decided I want a corduroy kilt. So, that was pretty much keeping me focused on them. But, I've got a couple of other options as to get a cord kilt. I'm going to look futher into Union Kilts' tan cord.
