Welcome, cbiegel, to the heart of the free, the brave, the individual. It's for you and all like you here and elsewhere and myself that freedom exists. "To tuck, or not to tuck, here in the waistline. Whether 'tis neater is for ones self to wearout or some other to badger me with a smelly opinion!"
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

leave it out if that's how you usually wear your clothes. unless i'm going to something more formal (ie. with a button up shirt) i never tuck. if you want the kilt to be your "street clothes" wear it like you wear your "street clothes". if i felt compelled to tuck it in i wouldn't wear it very often. it may not look as nice and neat, but then i'm not really a nice and neat kind of guy. keep it casual if that's your thing.
