Way to go Martin S! As someone who commutes every day on a bike (and who has wondered about bike riding while kilted) the webpage and the pic were really appreciated.

Good pic, Martin. I notice that the bike is a ladies model, but I guess that is the way to go - in a kilt! I have cycled from London to Brighton for charity in a mini-skirt (but that's another story!) and, back in the 1960's, I used to ride my Vespa scooter whilst kilted (which was great fun!).

Good pic, Martin. I've seen an elderly kilted gentleman riding a bike in Edinburgh but its not something I've tried myself.

Well, I tried cycling in Edinburgh once in a kilt - but it was a long time ago. These days, I have the tartan striped cycling shorts!
