    Ironically, I was an Armor officer, so I could have gone Cav just as easily. Spent my 4 months at Fort Knox and did the 10-Day War in January. That was fun.

    Thanks for posting this, Adam. I've always felt sort of guilty about this and I'm glad I'm not the only one that was in this situation. (Not that I'm glad you were in this situation, just glad that it wasn't limited to ME).
