Devestated by Stillwater.....
This is just horrible. Yesterday afternoon I ordered Stillwater kilt #4. It has been well over 24 hours and it isn't here yet. Unreal. All other orders went pretty much like this: : "Hello, I want a such and such kilt"; "Great, we'll get get it right out". Then I would draw off a cuppa joe and wait for the big brown truck which always showed up within the hour. Nuts. It looks like I might have to bide my time for at least two or three more days. Who would have figured? So much for customer service....

Minneapolis must be both strategically placed in the middle of the country and they must have the best shipping system in the world there. Seems like east coast or west coast, it doesn't matter -- order a SWK and it's on your door step before you can say "honey, is there film in the camera?"
Excellent value and superb customer service. Not a bad combination at all.

Scott Gilmore

You had me worried there. Poor customer service from Stillwater? That would be a sign the world is coming to an end.

They must be having a problem with the transporter pattern memory buffers or the Heisenberg compensators out of alignment...

I was shocked by the title as well. Yes, their teleporter must be on the fritz.

Shocking. They must be a little backed up due to the upcomming Holiday season. I think the elves are working overtime and the sleigh is in the shop. How else could all of these kilts find their way to our homes so quickly?

I was a little worried by your thread topic. lol. I will be ordering a stillwater tomarrow, and your title threw me off untill I read the body of the message. My question is how are they about sending overseas? I hear they are great with the time delivery but thats for stateside, just curiouse so I can prep myself for the wait lol.

This should help you. I got this from Stillwater this morning:
"This is an automated note to let you know that your purchase has been processed for shipping.
This means your purchased items will soon be in a box with your name on it, and it should be handed off to the Post office as soon as possible. Foreign orders are shipped twice a week, so it might be a few days before a foreign order enters the mail stream.
We ship most US orders via USPS Priority Mail, it takes about 3 days. Foreign shipments are usually sent via USPS Global Priority Mail, that usually takes about a week, larger orders ship by Airmail Parcel Post (2 weeks). Please allow more time for Canadian orders.
Unless there is an unexpected problem with your order, this will be the last e-mail we send.
Thanks again!
