Rev. Christopher;
I have done a key word search on Breacan nan Cleirach, and the only refrence I have found to the tartan of the clergy is your web site. Can you PM me, or write a post on what the tartan is, and maybe a photo of the tartan. I will check with the Scottish Tartan Authority for a view, later today.

Ordained minister on Thanksgiving Day 2000. Not a lot of kilted stories to tell regarding ministry. What kind of stories and pictures are you looking for?

Hi there,
I have spoken with Matthew at the museum and he has granted permission to re-post his article...As a matter of fact, he was the first to sign up!
Not many know that the Clergy Tartan is the only tartan given to a profession!
The ISOKC will be working with a scotland kilt maker to offer a special to ISOKC members, we are very excited.

Yes, so far we have indexed very nice with the major search engines and this will be a BIG plus for us.
What I am looking for in pictures is; any and all pics with the clergy tartan. Please keep in mind that the ISOKC is not for only those that wear the clergy tartan, I am looking for clergy that wear kilts.....So, any pictures of clergy wearing kilts is most welcome.
The stories are anything related with the kilted clergy, what church/kirk members think, kirking of the tartan celebrations and scripts if possible. The ISOKC will also promote this wonderful event by helping churches worldwide in starting this tradition with a sister website.
Understanding that I have taken on a very large project, I am blessed with this project and have complete faith that it will come together and provide the services needed.....
Thank you for anything you can do to help...it is most appreciated!
Beannachd Leibh,
Rev. Christopher
