After considerable discussion among the members of the X Marks Forum Staff (as well as considerable input from X Marks members), we have finally managed to get the forum rules and guidelines revised and up-to-date.
Which means one thing - the X Marks Forum Staff expect each one of you to click on THIS LINK and read what the revised rules have to say.
There are numerous changes and additions, too many to highlight in this post, so we do ask that everyone take a few minutes to read them and become familiar with them.
It's been suggested that we've been changing rules as a lark, but the fact remains that this is the first re-write since the forum went live. Since these are the guidelines by which we expect each forum member to conduct themselves, we're certainly not going to make changes without pointing our users to those changes.
While we are aware that any mention of rules can get some people up in arms, we have received countless PM's from countless members in support of our efforts to maintain some hint of structure in this forum.
