Expanded Utilikilt Scratch and Dent List 10/06

Utilikilts just put out a new scratch and dent list. They added a LOT of survivals with drill holes. I've had no enlargement of my drill holed UK's drill holes over the last couple years, so a safe buy if you wanna.

    Happy hunting.

The fabric is drilled prior to snap installation. Sometimes, the drill bit goes too far into the kilt and may pierce a pleat, etc... Last year, I worked for UK as a production QC assistant (as well as an events department data processor), and noticed the drill holes on quite a few of the camo Originals.

    Jeez,

I was minding my own business but in the back of my mind kept hearing the words, "medical white" "medical white"

Went back and checked and then remembered it was too long for me...then I remembered I could pay to have it chopped.

So, kilt #48 will be a medical white UK original. I like my off white workman's so well, why not. UK pointed out that the medical white can't be dyed. So hmmm, maybe now that opens up the vegan white workman's to be dyed and I'll still have a white kilt.

I am soooooo addicted, but comfortable and FREE!

Yikes, that was fast. Chopped and shipped an at my post office five days later.

Looks good. One surprise, the thread used for the logo on the back pocket flap is (gasp) silver metallic....pretty wild against the medical white.

Can rivets be installed in the drilled holes to add stability to the fabric?
