I feel a sense of pride as a new member of this forum. I do not have a kilt yet as I am still learning about them and want to decide on the type, color/pattern. I'm more Irish than anything else.

The Irish National or an Irish County Tartan would be a good choice. So would the Irish American tartan which you can see here:
