after it cools o'er nicht...

it sleeps by the radiator tae allow the yeast tae dae it's fermentation thing!

An excellent guide to home brewing!
I take it there is the unwritten rule that "the total of brewer's pints ought not exceed the total output of the home brew"?

Being a home brewer myself I am jealous of your own personal hop crop. I saw the "assistant" poured an IPA. While I drink all styles and swap up depending on the weather & what I am eating, IPA is my all-time favorite.
