I think the nuts are a great idea. You might try toasting them - just put them on a baking sheet in the oven until they begin to turn golden. It'll help release a lot of great flavour!
I can't wait to start brewing again. I'm living on a friend's sofa right now while I work to save money to get an apartment. Boston is expensive....

I feel inspired to brew. I think we'll have to get the necessities for brewing when we get back to the states. Glad to see the hops being put to good use. Enjoy it.
