Thanks for the kind comments, it's a lovely tartan, I wouldn't mind a kilt in it. You can see the Cornish flag in the design with the white cross on black.
Perhaps we will visit Truro in it, I think there is a Cornish Festival somewhere in the country next year also.
No witches here KCW, only saints the cat was bought by my daughter a while back when black cats were a fashion craze. I call it 'sporran'

thanks Cloves, the stone was a project a while back for our garden, it was a heap of work, and now I appreciate the effort of raising the 'real' ones!!
and yes, I am blessed with this fine woman, my wife of thirty years, she's really excited to have a her first skirt in a tartan she is connected to.

That is a very smart kilted skirt, Gray, and it suits Leslie (or Leslie suits it) to perfection.
When I ordered my Cornish kilt earlier this year, I had the choice of the National or the Hunting versions, but I opted for the National because of its more striking colours.

As you might recall, I have a slight aversion to tartans containing a lot of dark blue and green but, seeing Leslie wearing the Cornish Hunting, I might start thinking differently about that!

Thanks Hamish, your comments will be well recieved by Leslie. You may not know that I have an aversion for a lot of yellow in a tartan, but seeing your Cornish I likewise, now think differently.
You look fantastic with your kilt, the jacket and shoes - all perfect.

Graham, you're wife looks quite smashing, and I can can tell she's pleased with the kilt. From the photo, it hangs beautifully. Linda Cliffords reputation precedes her.
Hamish.... what can one say but
*WOW*

That looks fabulous Leslie, it suits you perfectly.
and Hamish....you don't look too bad yourself, but, do my eyes deceive me?
Is that a sporran chain you're wearing?

Congratulations---the skirt is lovely, as is your wife and garden. Hamish, of course, looks smashing as well. Nice pics indeed.

Very nice, I like the length and the shoes. Marilyn pointed them out to me her comment was "good colour and nice shoes".
