    Bagpipes...

    A friend e-mailed me this comment on bagpipes... she's irish so there you go...

    Concerning bagpipes: The Irish invented them and gave them to the Scots as a joke, and the Scots haven't seen the joke yet.

    The Irish don't blow into theirs they have to pump them with their arms a bit like a concertina.

    So maybe the joke's on them?
