May I compliment you on your taste in belt buckles, obviously only someone with very high standards and excellent fashion sense would choose that one (says Panache as he goes off to polish his ) .

BEAUTIFUL!

I wore my Macdonald of Kingsburgh today for the occasion - Kingsburgh is on the Isle of Skye just south of Uig where my ancestors are from.

Thanks for doing the hose research cousin. Just ordered up an Isle of Skye from Kathy Lare - and my first jacket - but thanks for the reminder to pay attention to what hose go with the kilt....maybe some heather purple....???

Waiting on my first pair of Matt's fancy hose...if they're okay might try some purple hose...think he had them in purple...would also go with the USA Kilts casual in the fashion Warrior tartan that's on order.

Boy one thing sure leads to another don't it.

But not to drift away, what a beautiful and proud tartan to wear on St. Andrew's day.

Lookin' good. Probably coordinated flashes would've made the kilt hose more acceptable to ya. Looks like either a pair of the Thistle or the Lochcarron Lovat (olive) green.
