Dickens on the Strand
Here's a photo from the annual "Dickens on the Strand" weekend on Galveston Island. Folks are encouraged to dress in Victorian era clothing, which is pretty easy if you have enough kilt gear! So here I am in my Celtic revival / Irish nationalist get-up with my friend Sandy, who made her dress the night before;
