Nothing wrong with that. I think that I would go for jacket OR vest, not both, but that is me. I think that you could wear that to anything except a formal dinner.

I think it looks great But with the vest you would be more comfortable with out the belt.

I'm very surprised that the shirt works as well as it does with the PC. It does make the PC look less formal but does not lower it to casual. I'm a fan of the vest instead of the belt.
