I'm going to be doing my level best not to exceed 190lbs for the rest of my life.
Ah, I understand. Sorry if my question was a little personal.
I'm also 5'-11" and have managed to keep to about 170 pounds most of my life specifically because there is such a long and scary history of heart disease on my father's side of the family. All the males seem to drop dead at 55, which pretty much sucks.
I'm 52 and I'll be going out for my daily run when I'm done typing this.
Keep up your efforts, kilts be damned. Congratulations and keep it up!
