Thanks for reposting this. I had printed it out, but my kids got ahold of it, and it probably fell victim to my daughters incessant list making.

Not as of yet. I have found another tailor who sews custom suits. He is a little pricey, but he has stated he can do what I want. I am still looking around to see if there is a friend or a friend of a friend that can do it.
