Caradoc, how was the school of art? Always wanted to go there and see C R Macintosh's library, and the tea rooms in town too. Make it in to see it?

We didn't get into the School, just got to walk by it.

We had lunch at the Willow Tea Room - very nice, but not what we'd expected. Had tea (actual afternoon tea) at another one of the Tea Rooms, but I don't recall the name.

We didn't get to see as much of Glasgow as we'd hoped, as we drove in from Dumfries about three hours later than we'd planned.

Tip: if driving in Glasgow, get a GPS unit for the car. There are a LOT of one-way streets there, and it's too easy to get lost.
