My rifle green glen with a pewter stag's head I got years ago at the Stone Mountain games, with a bucktail for a hackle. The plaid brooch is antique silverplate (in need of replating, by the way, if anyone does that sort of thing).
An explanation of it's meaning might flirt too closely with the TOS's proscription on discussions of religion and politics, but to someone of like mind, it's significance is immediately apparent.

Rifle green (yeah, I know; it looks blue in the pic) brat with custom brass tara-style penannular brooch, to wear with my saffron kilt.
