Kilted Lady's skirts - show you pics
Keeping with the Casual, dressy and formal kilt pics threads, I was hoping some of the ladies here (or husbands of) could post pictures of ladies kilted skirts.
My wife is toying with the idea of getting one at some point. We'd both like to see some of the options that are out there.
Thanks!

My wife is in the "thinking" stage, but she's so cheap about her own clothes that I will have to just order it myself.
I like a knee length, straight skirt look, but I'd like to see some samples, too, ladies. Besides, what's better than perusing some lasses in skirts?

Here's one from last summer of the Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess in her Mcleod of Lewis (Loud Mcleod) kilted mini skirt from Sport Kilt. This was taken at the Pleasanton Highland Games. Sadly she wiggled free before I could get to the vendors and start buying stuff...

Look up 'kilt skirt' on ebay.
you will faint when you see what top=quality wool tartan skirts go for. I paid ten bucks for a flippin' gorgeous all=wool kilt skirt for the Invisible Joan in the dress blue stewart tartan. With shipping from florida plus the dry cleaning bill, she has a beautiful worsted wool kilt skirt for less than $30. It fits prfectly.
For a kilt of comparable quality I'd pay $300, even used...EASY. This thing is Gorgeous.....I *just* looked up 'kilt skirt" on ebay and I think I got something like 180 "hits". A few months ago I even thought about buying two skirts that were the same tartan, disassembling them, joining the halves and making a kilt out of the material. I swear the prices are LESS ...by an order of magnitude, what the material itself costs.
At prices like that, you can buy your lady one, she can try it out and if she doesn't like it, what are you out? Not much. If she loves it, then you know you can spring for a new one the clan tartan and it'll be fine.

I changed my mind. The mini-kilted skirt is the way to go!
You guys do a great job of picking pretty girls.
