-I'm always hearing stories like yours, either work or school related.

-I'm always giving the same suggestion, JOIN YOUR CLAN/FAMILY/DISTRICT SOCIETY. Aside from the benefits of kinship and celebration, they go to bat for their members over such situations. Sometimes other clan societies join in as well.

-If they saw you wearing a kilt off the clock, and chose to be-little you at work.... they have nothing on you.

-We all have faced some insult at one time or another, so we all can empathize your situation. (I left a job over some Bulgarian friends who were being treated extremely poorly over several occurances).

-Get a FREE legal consultation, the lawyer will usually make 1 or 2 free of charge phone calls on your behalf. This really puts the heat on folks, and often resolves the situation right away.

-Write a letter to your employer, restate your situation and displeasure with other employees. Use historical references to describe how what they did to you mimics Scottish history.. Maybe something like 1746-1783, hint, hint. Send this letter as a Registered Letter, your boss will have to sign for it.
