3 New Tartans...

Hey Guys,

As I hinted in other threads, we have 3 new tartans available in PV (in stock now). Here are the pics:

St David's National (Welsh). NOTE: The pic is NOT "off"... there are verticle stripes in the tartan.

Grey Granite

Loud MacLeod

Hey Rocky, that is not fair. Placing the granite next to the loud MacLeod stunned my eyes! I really like the St. David's!

They are certainly 3 DIFFERENT tartans...

The Welsh tartans are pretty neat in the fact that they did something different when designing them. They made them have "verticle stripes" which makes them distinct from other tartan kilts.

The Grey Granite is really neat. It's "universal" and I have it in wool. VERY classy tartan.

The Loud MacLeod has definitely EARNED it's nickname! It takes a loud personality to pull it off (I am thinking about making one for myself).

I know that 2 people up here have been "antsy" to see the pics and order the Grey Granite. All of these should be live on the site within 48 hours or so... or you can call us.

I agree, VERY loud. I saw this thread and thought DRAT I hope it's not one I like after already ordering mine, but no, I'm happy with our choice. I think the grey is quite fetching though. Soooo many choices.

I have been a waiting for this annoucement!!! The grey granite is awesome and so is the ST Davids!!! Just one question could you sew in a cross of St David on the apron when I order one? CR66

And I will be placing the order soon!!!!

Unfortunately, we don't have that cross in our embroidery machine, so we can't put it on the front of the kilt.

I actually thought about that... The sett looks great, but if you do the stripe, the back of the kilt really WILL be solid with a line down the center. Should be a neat effect. Again... VERY different from anything out there now.
