While this is a frightening prospect, keep your hopes up on what the back side of the procedure will be. My wife's and my prayers are with you and your family during this time.

My iBook reads a lot of the forum posts to me. I just select the text I'd like to hear, and hit control shift Z. Then a friendly voice starts reading.
