Mudmen on NBC

The Canadian rock band Mudmen are on the soundtrack for a new show on NBC called the Black Donnally's lossely based on a Irish/Canadian family in London On. Canada.
The Mudmen pipers Sandy and Rob Campbell are not only world class pipers but good friends and customers of mine check out their site and hear some tunes www.mudmen.ca.

Now that's scary. Not 15 minutes ago, I saw a preview commercial for this show and I was wondering about the pipes. Then I sit down and read this post.

I really love "Drink and Fight", the Mudmen are really good. Tell them they need to do a US tour, we people down south would love to see them!

The Mudmen are always looking for new places to play. I think they are limited by the fact they are a little harder edge than most Celtic rock bands. They don't quite fit into the Sunday afternoon lawnchair crowd at a highland festival. Great band for a Fri or Saturday night pub tent. Knock on your local highland games admin. door or at a local pub or concert hall. Maybe they will book them.

Great band to watch and hoist pints to.
