Good story with great results and a pleasant first time out experience.
This so true with most of our first time outs
We seem to be more concerned about the reactions to wearing the kilt than
the general public

My first time out in public was at a farmers market in Boulder CO.
I was feeling a little insecure when two ladies walking towards me made the comment "Look at that pretty dress"
I immeditely thought that the comment was directed to me.
I was really surprised to see that behind me was a woman wearing a Victorian era dress complete with hoop skirt.She was advertising a local play.
My wearing a kilt didn't make a blip on anyones radar.
