I usually only eat breakfast on the weekends. I have to be at work as soon as I get up in the mornings and I don't get a chance to eat until lunch time. On weekends my beautiful wife always makes me breakfast. My favorite is when she makes homefries with cheese, bacon and onions with scrambled eggs and a biscuit. Sometimes I get biscuits with chocolate gravy if I have a sweet tooth.

Almost never on the weekdays unless it's time for "The Hair of the Dog/ Breakfast of Champions". On weekends my wife and I will go out sometimes and I will settle in for an omelette with plenty of meat, cheese and veggies. After you add in some hashbrowns and toast it will keep me for the rest of the day.

When I do try to seriously diet though, I have a fruited yogurt of some type and a hardboiled egg with juice and no-fat milk (Hood makes one that really actually tastes good.)

Cereal or toast and jam on the weekdays. Coffee (Community Coffee with Chicory from New Orleans, please).
Weekends is "Big Breakfast" time 'cause we're nearly always too busy to get a decent lunch. Since our trip to Scotland our favorite is beans and tomatoes, bacon, fried egg and toast. Alternatively, a southwestern omelette with salsa.

When we visit relatives in Louisiana we always come back with an ice chest full of Boudin (a pork and rice sausage). A link of boudin and scrambled eggs and you're set for the day!

I'm hypoglycemic so breakfast is a must. Usually a boiled egg, fruit, cottage cheese and er...a Pepsi. (Subs for coffee for me).

If we go out for breakfast on the weekend (or I'm at Ferintosh) the sky is the limit - eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatos, potatos, haggis, juice, tea and on and on.

If I'm in a big rush then anything with peanut butter (toast, crackers, etc.) will usually see me through.

Since living on a diet (down about 15 pounds since Xmas) I've eaten breakfast every morning. Bacon and eggs (no toast, grits, or anything with carbs), or sausage and eggs. And plenty of coffee.

For dessert, I down about 12 pills and take a shot of 70/30 Humulin to top things off!

Every day. I usually have Shredded Wheat, or fruit and yogurt. Lately I've had leftover haggis (from Burns Night) and toast. Oh yeah, and coffee when I get to work. I would starve without breakfast. I'm usually hungry again by 11:30.

Eating breakfast would mean having to get up earlier & that's just asking too much of an inveterate night-owl!

Weekday mornings I have a bunch of vitamins with a glass of cranberry juice, then when I drag my tired @$$ into my cubicle I have a mug of cinnamon/apple tea with a dozen dark chocolate covered espresso beans (more if I'm really tired). Caffeine is a night-owls favorite drug!

Saturday mornings, I sometimes treat myself to a breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, grilled onion & green pepper, cheese, fried potato & muy caliente salsa, all wrapped up in a large, warm flour tortilla! Mmmmm! That'll usually hold me until well into the day.

Muesli or granola, soy milk and a nice cup of tea. On special days, a bagel or English muffin with veggie bacon and HP sauce.
