    That is very nice looking. It looks like it might do a haggis some damage!

    Made it; 12" Windlass Steel blade, boxwood grip, brass pommel.

    Based upon one in The Scottish Dirk by James Forman; plate 7 on page 9; "Scottish dirk in it's earliest form...c.1650."

    I love it. It's nice and rugged looking. Not too dressy. Looks more practical than like costume jewelry like most dirks.
