    Looks like Cameron of Erracht Weathered. Modern will be navy blue, muted is a lighter / "dirtier" blue, ancient is a light blue... Weathered tartans have a much earthier tones (read as "browns").

    It could also be Ancient, but slightly discolored as the rest of the picture is (look at the colors on his face and the sleeve of his charlie)

    I'm guessing because of the age of the picture, the kilt colors are sorta off. CoE is most likely more vibrant in real life.
