I don't think I could afford airfare AND a pizza, but maybe some of us could make payments? Seriously, I don't generally condone violence (even if you win the fight you can finish the evening chatting with the boys in Blue), but sometimes a show of unity can be sufficient to accomplish the same ends.
Bryan...just don't be rash...

No, things haven't gotten any better. And I did get a sporran finally. It's of decent quality. As for the harrassment, 2 kids cracking jokes in my Algebra 2 class were written up for it.

heh...I wouldn't need the six pack. A decent pizza and air and I'll stand aside you in defence. 6'3, 230 should help a bit.
( heh, not that I think about it..it is almost like the invasion of the kilted giants!!!)

If you can get me there and a decent pizza is available I don't mind standing against a system, at 5'9 and 300lb I may be the dwarf but I like my shiny swords and axes.

This sounds like it is getting a little better, at least in one area. The school is now defending you.
I was a tall, skinny, pale kid in high school. I was also the Editor-in-Chief of the school paper. So taunting was fairly common. One day in class, we had a guest speaker who was some local millionaire businessman talking about his background. He said, "I was a huge nerd in school. Pocket protector and everything. But for all the taunting, I always kept one thing in mind. 'The nerd you harass now, will be your boss in 10 years.'"
If you can take the harrassment and get some support from the school, who cares what a group of morons does to you? But before any of them take it to a more physical level, it might be a great step in your life to learn some self-defense. Take down an attacker and they will NEVER mess with you again.

Having been the oddball, there can be a penalty to taking out the cretins raggin' on you - if you stand out too much, it's hard to get the support and representation you deserve - you'll be the one to get the boot from school in the event of an altercation (but, from my experience, it might be worth it - if you don't mind the police, angry parents (yours and theirs), and the possibility of not going to the college or getting into the profession you want to get into) - and don't say never! I freak so many of my classmates out when they find out I work with kids with special needs and have for nearly two and a half decades...Apparently they thought I'd be dead - or have a boyfriend while living in a very enclosed space. Goes to show what "they" know.

Being right is always much harder than being popular.

if things get to tough remember a stungun will fit in your sporran run a pair of bare wires along the belt and the next kilt pull down attempt will leave them all a twitch.
It is good to read that things are starting to get better though
