    Unfortunately I didn't get to the Monument due to time constraints.

    But I did find another statue of Wallace in front of a church in Stirling.



    And a closer view...

    I tried to get a shot of that one the last time I was across and the sun was all wrong at the time.

    When I last laid eyes on the bluidy thing, the pigeons were going a cracking job of decorating it.

    McMurdo, if you hire a car and drive to the Monument, it will be hard to miss as it's been deposited in the car park.

    P1M, when you were there did you walk up the hill, or did you take the bus?

    I would most likely be driving, I could always get lots of insurance and drive into it now wouldn't that be something.
