    Thanks for the pics. It always amazes me that such structures can be built without modern materials. The cross-section through the roof showing how the arch was topped with stones to build up the roof pitch was great.

    Wonderful pictures! Reminds me of the ruins of Beauly Priory and the Elgin Cathedral. I visited those sites back in 1998.
