Piccies '0 Falkirk #2
And here's some more!
One of the main streets in Falkirk.
One of Falkirk's claims to fame - the shortest street in the UK!
And the shortest street, Tolbooth St, itself.
Rabbie wus here!
The hoose whaur Rabbie wus.
Pedestrianised shopping street looking towards the Steeple.
And yet more to come!

Alas only from the train - time was a problem combined with not having own transport but intend to see it properly in the summer!

McClef, Being an Engineer and a Yacht Designer in a former life that is one thing I could not miss. From the webcam at the site of The Wheel it seems about two miles out of town. Just a good walk while the ladies shop.
For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, look here.

I wasn't with any ladies who wanted to shop Steve.
I had been up since 4 am to make sure I got the flight OK, then a bus into Edinburgh then a train from Edinburgh to Stirling, booked in at the B&B then back to the station (stopping at a KFC for some food) to get a train to Falkirk. So I concentrated on the town this time. But yes it looks a fascinating structure that requires a lot of time and attention and it will get that when I go up by my own transport in a couple of months time.
