MacGreggor (While a PERSONAL favorite of mine... I have the Hunting) is not a tartan that MM offers.

We can NOT get custom tartans in PV unless the client wants to buy the material (130 Meters Minimum @ about $18 / Meter) and we'd just charge the labor.

If you are looking for custom tartans in WOOL, we CAN do that, but the price is much higher (about $450 for a 5 yarder and $700 for a Premier)

    Sorry to dissappoint.

My SKs are fine for all functions. I doubt the average person would know or care that you're not wearing a $700 custom-sewn wool kilt. You may have to be careful in windy conditions with the SKs, but other than that they feel great. I don't think you'd regret your choice. I have a 13 oz. Burnett's & Struth, MacIntosh hunting hand-sewn wool kilt, but only wear it for "fancy" functions like for our upcoming SOKS Scottish Rite night. I also, have a SWK Standard that could be another choice for you, but they don't have a MacGregor (a beautiful tartan, I might add).

Have you had a look over at www.scottishkilts.com

They have the MacGregor in the Jura and in the Lcohcaroon ranges, and they are still having a sale on now. I was very happy with my kilt from them.
