I went in 2005. There were hardly any vendors, but there was plenty of good music, headlined by Gaelic Storm and Enter the Haggis.
The guy who posts as "Beerbecue" on this site lives in Cortland and volunteered at the festival last year. I know Barb T. has been there with her pipe band.
It's a great festival if you like to sit and listen to music, but there's not much else to do. Your display would be a welcome addition. I have no way to guess how you'd do, business-wise.
