Dave Atherton (sp?) he is a Bagpipe maker - say he makes the Rolls Royce of bag pipes.
Wearing a tight black shirt and black hose (look a little thin). Black Dress shoes and belt. Sword and crest kilt pin but I can't quite tell what is on the buckle. Red flashes. The kilt is pleated to the stripe.
When asked by the host what he wore under his kilt (he had almost exposed himself to the people sitting below the stage), he replied "Shoes and socks!"
He's built and confident. A pretty good representation of modern kilt wearing.
