Sounds like things went well. Hopefully the CEO will wonder aloud why you are wearing no kilt as well. It's stressful times like this that show you who you friends really are...interesting isn't it?

Ron,
I'm most sorry to hear about these developments. I know that in the end you will make the decision that works best for you. The fact that you are a valued employee that management does not want to loose may ultimately have some bearing on the final draft of the dress code.
Here, again, we have a double standard based on narrow minded, preconceived notions.
