One that comes immediately to mind is Fraoch, from Williams Bros. Brewing Co.'s "Historic Ales of Scotland" series. They also have an elderberry, gooseberry, and a seaweed beer (though I often use a touch of seaweed in brewing to remove protein sediment).
Locally, Cambridge Brewing Company puts out a seasonal beer called Wind Cries Mari, which has heather in it. I know I've seen another commercial beer with heather, but I can't recall it offhand.
