I think that is a GREAT tartan for you. AGAIN . . .
Contact Strathmore or have a "proxy"/"agent" do it on your behalf.
If worse comes to worse, have it custom woven. Most kiltmakers (Matt, Barb, Kathy, and most others who make hand-stitched tartans) can have it done for you easy enough, as most have working relationships with mills. OR you can have it done for yourself by contacting an appropriate mill.
It should be significantly cheaper to get some from a batch already woven than a custom run.
