    Smile Midnight gnosh.

Well it's midnight here and house is quite. Wife is in bed again after taking medicine. I just finished a small helping of tonights left overs. Radioactive curry chicken and saffron rice. The rice was PERFECT! MMMM... so tasty. Even all by it's self. The chicken in the curry almost melts in your mouth. After working nightshifts for years I've gotten to a point where I can eat anything, anytime, anywhere. The curry will be so much better tomorrow for lunch. I love to cook and do it often. I even cook at a large festival once a year. A couple of years ago, there was almost 500 people there. Last year I cooked two meals a day for normal omnivores, special meals for vegetarians and vegans, and even more specialised for one woman who was allergic to most spices. I got a few gifts of gratitude for that, as well as 5 marriage proposals. We had baked chickens, roast pork, roast goat, and roast venison. Regular mild chili, {I've won awards} and vegan chili. Vegan cooking is new to me. {How many ways can you cook grass?} It was really challenging to cook for the one lady though, and still make it taste good. I talked with her for some tome found out what she was not allergic to, and had a staff memeber to make a Wal-mart run. She said it was the best food that she had eaten in years, and thanked me with tears in her eyes. I told her the secret to great cooking, and told her to try her hand at it. I guess cooking is the one thing that I am talented at. I'm no great celebrity chef, But I garuantee that you will not walk away from my meals saying "What was that crap?" De Gustibus Non Disputandem Est!

Yeah, for me it would be - the shrimp, ya know? I suspect my wife sorta misses it. But chili? Mmmmm. My sweetie made a lamb and black bean chili with three different relishes for the Super Bowl - WOW!
