Another Reason to Eat Haggis?

New Zealand has declared Feb 15 as National Lamb Day to promote one of their biggest industries. I suppose that Haggis would be in order for the day.

I'd try anything, except organ meat. There is only one man in this world who could get me to eat organ meat. If Mario Batali prepared haggis for me, I'd eat it. That's the only way.
