Unlike English where sometimes a C is pronounced as a K and sometimes as a "see"...
So it's korrect rather than inkonsistent in Welsh so you can be sertain! 
Soooo, what do you use the "k" for? Or vowels whilst we're on the subject? Oh and a previous poster wrote neighbor, it's neighbour, honour, harbour...
