OK, invites sent to B Mackay, Ulster, jordanjm, Spalsh4, SeanC, and Rampant Lion. Too bad we aren't more closely located. I think P1M and JordanJM are the closest together, at least on the same continent! Going to be hard to send support to each other or trade, but that will be a little while until everybody has a steady base to work from.

Anybody following any particular approaches? I am trying to build up resource production while also adding some defenses to my village and increasing my ability to recruit/train fighters.

Building up production, started building troops, wall is next goal. My neighbor wants to ally with me. Seems there is a tyrant in my neighborhood. 654 point village with a TON of greyed out pillaged abandoned villages surrounding him. Basically he waits for newbies to join, then kicks there butts while they can't defend themselves, and he gets bigger. That just seems rude, but maybe that's what this game is about.
