Flashes
hey guys and gals I am working on making some kilt flashes with celtic knot work embroidered on them , but i am not sure what size the flashes themselves should be, does anyone have a pattern or messurements they could share ?

Generally, they're about 6.5" tall and 1.5 to 1.75" wide (each individual flash). When we make them, we make them 8" by 1.5" and then fold over the top 1.5 to 2 inches for a loop to put the garter thru.
