That feeling in your chest? That's pride.
Tartan Day is this Friday, and I've made it into a week long celebration by wearing a kilt everyday this week, giving numerous presentations and concerts on campus and around Beloit and planning a big Tartan Day party on Friday Night. Last night, as I was sitting on porch with some friends, listeneing to bagpipes and sipping a Laphroaig 10 year, I thought to myself, "Wow, I love being Scottish."

Nice pic of Melrose Abbey among those. Maybe you will come to Scotland for a few days and visit the Borders abbeys during your stay in Galway.
