My first day at work kilted

Sorry, no pictures. I only now realize I should have taken a camera to work.

It was a good day. Everybody was really cool about the kilt. My supervisor even had someone make a banner saying "Celebrate Tartan Day" with lots of Scottish images adorning it and had it hung in my cubical. It's very nice. I'm gonna have to get a picture of that.

So, what a great day. And yes, a follow up kilt-day is going to have to happen soon.

Finally, I'd like to say that I've admired kilt wearers for years because I think they are just the coolest garment. I've only recently began wearing them myself in the last couple years. However, I would have NEVER gone this far at expressing myself without the support of this board. You guys, and gals, rock.

And now tonight, Rockys organized kilt night in Ambler PA. Life is good.

I wore my new "American Heritage" to work today. (Thanks, Rocky) I was the only one wearing anything tartan. My co-workers are used to me wearing a kilt, so there was no shock factor. Nobody else knew it was National Tartan Day.
